The Romanian Wine Nikolaos Rose comes from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on the sunny hills of Dobrogea, Romania, near the Histria fortress.
Riped under the rays of the Dobrogea sun and caressed by the Black Sea breeze, the grapes were harvested and sorted by hand.
Nikolaos Rose wine was obtained by using spontaneous flora (wild yeasts developed by grapes) in fermentation and has a clear pale pink appearance, the colour of the petals of sweet roses.
It is a complex olfactory wine, fresh, light, in which the aroma of red fruits predominates, a very well balanced wine.
