MIRACHI means desire, love, longing for someone you haven't seen for a long time (Romanian) but also a thing done with soul (Greek), a thing well done (Turkish). Through these wines, we want to honor the local people, those who work day in and day out in the vineyard and who put their soul into each picked grape.

Mirachi rose out of a desire to see grapes transformed into wine. It is the first brand of the winery, created to capitalize on the grapes that they carefully grow every year and preserve the winemaking tradition in the Histria Citadel area.
