NIKOLAOS RED WINE
Nikolaos Red is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes selected from plots founded in 2006 and in which clay is predominant. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the fermentation took place only with wild yeasts. It is a fine, velvety wine, with notes of black currants, tanned leather, chocolate and earth after rain. The predominant taste is black fruit, complemented by notes of dark chocolate. This wine has a limited stock every year due to its special taste and has won 94 Decanter score
AMMOS RED WINE
Ammos Red is a blend obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a deep ruby red appearance, with purplish hues. It is distinguished by elegant aromas of black fruits, complemented by vanilla and oak valences. Floral aromas, complemented with light oak valences. The taste is intense and complex, of red and black fruits and strongly spiced and enriched with a whole spectrum of woody aromas and delicate shades of coffee.
AMMOS WHITE WINE
Ammos White is a special wine made from semi-aromatic varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay. It is a dry wine, with an alcoholic strength of 12 degrees, clear glossy appearance, greenish yellow color. Its particular aroma is reminiscent of wildflowers, and the ample, balanced taste has a flavor close to that of exotic fruits.
NIKOLAOS WHITE WINE
Nikolaos White wine comes from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It was obtained by using spontaneous flora (wild yeasts developed by grapes) in fermentation and has a clear pale yellow appearance, with greenish inflections. It is a wine with a medium body, fresh, light, in which the grapefruit aroma predominates, completed at the end with mineral notes, characteristic of the white wines obtained from the grapes on Histria plantation.
NIKOLAOS ROSE WINE
Nikolaos Rose is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It was obtained by using spontaneous flora (wild yeasts developed by grapes) in fermentation and has a clear pale pink appearance, the colour of the petals of sweet roses. It is a complex olfactory wine, fresh, light, in which the aroma of red fruits predominates, a very well balanced wine. This wine has won 89 Decanter score.
AMMOS ROSE WINE
The Ammos Rose wine comes from Feteasca Neagra, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It was obtained by fermenting in the same stainless steel vessel as the stum obtained from the three different grape varieties. The wine is distinguished by a beautiful intense pink colour, and its aromas make us think of red fruits, strawberries and citrus. The taste is dominated by citrus, accompanied by fresh fruit. It is a fresh, expressive wine, whose acidity supports the aromatic complex.
