The De Histria range was created to highlight the varieties with a special character found on Histria plantation. We find here, on the one hand, Riesling and Pinot Noir - located in atypical areas of origin, which manages to offer wines with different structures than what we would expect. Also, in this range, they used Merlot from the plantation established in 1976, vinified with wild yeast, unbarked.
