The Ammos Rose wine comes from Feteasca Neagra, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on the sunny hills of Dobrogea, Romania, near the Histria fortress.
Riped under the rays of the Dobrogea sun and caressed by the Black Sea breeze, the grapes were harvested and sorted by hand.
The Romanian Wine Ammos Rose was obtained by fermenting in the same stainless steel vessel as the stum obtained from the three different grape varieties. The wine is distinguished by a beautiful light pink colour, and its aromas make us think of red fruits, strawberries and citrus.
The taste is dominated by citrus, accompanied by fresh fruit. It is a fresh, expressive wine, whose acidity supports the aromatic complex.
'Blossoms mingle with cherries and cranberries with a light chalky, stony character. Dry and silky, refreshed by its medium plus acidity, it offers a dense palate, with fleshy fruit, spices, and some herbal notes. Long, sapid, and juicy finish with a salty splash.' (Julia Scavo)
